Chapter 10 Accidental Hospitalization

She covered her mouth in grievance and glared at him with a resentful look. He did it on purpose, on purpose to embarrass her.

"How about it? Tyrone gave a cold smile: "Is that what you think? It's no use, I don't think much of it."

Her scent was sweet, and God knows how he managed to hold back and leave the apartment in time before revealing the truth.

Sienna managed to calm down, and the more she thought about it, the more reluctant she was, but when she recalled the feeling just now, she would still be agitated.

She was determined to have Tyrone, a man!

In fact, when you think about it carefully, she had all four of the most important things for a woman: confidence, kindness, backbone, and strength. But when she met Tyrone, all of these qualities seemed to be no longer working.

How depressing!

At 3:30 a.m., Tyrone received a call from Sienna saying that her child suddenly had a fever and was vomiting, and she suspected it was a dysfunction caused by the new environment.

Tyrone's attitude was hesitant.

"Colonel Tyrone, you can't be so cruel, can you? I'm not lying and I never make a joke about kids! ' She spoke seriously.

As a result, Tyrone made it to the apartment in less than half an hour and took the child to the hospital's emergency room.

Sienna's judgment was correct. The child's gastrointestinal dysfunction was indeed caused by the adaptation to the environment, and the condition improved by the time the infusion reached half a bottle.

"Rory, is there anything else that's uncomfortable?" Sienna felt much more at ease in mid-air.

"No, but I'm so hungry." Rory looked up at Tyrone and said, "Uncle, I want to eat cookies. Can you buy them for me?"

"Uncle has some in the car. I'll get them."

Tyrone glanced at Sienna before turning away, coming back with a box of cookies, but of his favorite brand and flavor.

"Uncle can't eat peanut flavor. This is salt and pepper flavor. Maybe you don't like it very much. Go to the supermarket when it gets light, okay?" Tyrone asks for the child's opinion.

His attention to detail gave Sienna a jolt. Rory, too, had a peanut allergy, so it was inherited from him.

But now she could say nothing, not even if they were father and son.

It was a secret, but to Sienna, it was a very sweet secret. He was so good that Rory was already surpassing his father and would surely surpass him in the future.

"What are you laughing at?" Tyrone was even more skeptical of Sienna's expression: "The child is sick, and you still have the mood to laugh?"

Instead of being annoyed, Sienna smiled more sweetly at him.

Tyrone took a step back and looked at her with suspicious eyes. It was so right for House of Vermon to send her here. Look at her like this. It was obvious that she was here to break through the man's psychological defense and even use the name of the child to win his sympathy.

Sienna didn't care what he thought or saw in his heart and blurted out, "Of course, you care about Rory and I just want to be happy."

"Crazy!" Tyrone replied helplessly.

When his phone rang, he went over to answer it.

Sienna sat in Rory's seat, sharing the delicious pretzels with him.

"Rory, you're so brave. You didn't even cry when you got the injection."

"Mommy said that a man can bleed and sweat, but not shed tears." "I know I can't cry, don't worry." Rory spoke in a little grown-up tone.

Sienna touched his head, feeling that it was not as warm as before, and got up to fetch him some water to drink.

Tyrone had something to do and, seeing that Sienna wasn't on the child's side, squatted down and asked, "Is she your mother?"

Rory glared at him with big eyes.

"Do you like her?"

"Uncle means that if she's not nice to you, I can protect you well. Don't be afraid. I won't tell anyone." Tyrone wouldn't give up.

"Uncle, forget it. This trick won't work for me. I'm a patient now and don't want to say anything. I just want to eat cookies." Rory handed over a cookie in his hand: "Do you want to eat it? You're hungry too, aren't you?"

Tyrone was somewhat surprised. He thought the four or five-year-old was very easy to talk to, but he didn't expect to kick the not-so-hard iron plate and could only chuckle, thinking that it would be more important to deal with the matter over there first.

As a result, Sienna didn't see Tyrone for three days. Her phone was turned off and she couldn't call the special forces to ask, and her sense of loss grew stronger, as if she had been abandoned.

Auntie Dahlia came back from her trip and asked her where she was, and they agreed to meet at the Rose Bar.

As soon as they met, they hugged each other.

"Dead girl, you haven't changed at all in five years." Dahlia still has her charm, with light makeup and striking lipstick: "Tell me, where did you go when you came back?"

"Guess!" Sienna didn't blurt it out immediately.

"I'm not a great god. How could I know about your little nine?" Dahlia thought for a moment and asked her, "Did you try to find Tyrone? I've heard that he's doing a great job in the military, and he looks like a future major general!"

"I didn't go to him on my own." Sienna took a sip of her cocktail and shrugged, saying, "But my luck has come and I can't stop it."

"What's going on? Tell me about it. I've only been out for a few days. Is the story already over?" Dahlia looked very interested.

Sienna was silent at first, then suddenly excited and said, "Dahlia, I'm living in his apartment right now!"

Dahlia was startled and then showed a look of surprise.

"Really? It's developing just too fast." With an ambiguous smile, she asked, "Did you take the initiative to flirt with her?"

"What are you saying? I'm looking for Daddy for Rory, okay?" Sienna looked very assertive.

Look at Rory again. He's playing a game console, a classic CS game, with great poise, every time he plays it.

"Yeah, back then I was so soft-hearted that I couldn't stand your constant nagging. When you were pregnant with Rory, I regretted it. Every time I video chatted with you, I felt sorry for you and your dead mother." Dahlia's momentary sigh.

Sienna waved her hand and said, "Oh, Dahlia, we're doing well now. Even if grandpa and dad don't support us, they'll figure it out sooner or later."

Dahlia nodded and said, "You always manage to soften my heart. I can never beat you." She took a sip of red wine and asked, "So what are you going to do now?"

"Stay on." Sienna replied very straightforwardly: "I won't stop until I reach my goal!"

"But there is one thing I must tell you, maybe he hasn't had the chance to say it, and I can't tell you, who is still a stranger." Dahlia reined in her expression.

Sienna seemed to have thought of something and retorted, "Are you trying to say that he has suitors?"

Dahlia gave her a thumbs-up and praised her for being smart.

Sienna just frowned, but quickly picked herself up.
